Generating Sets – Renewal Of Auxiliary Equipment And Instrumentation Of Generating Sets In The Pht (High Voltage Substations) Of Père Lachaise, Denfert And Lamarck. The Purpose Of This Procurement Notice Is To Renew The Auxiliary Equipment And Instrumentation Of The Generating Sets In The Pht (High Voltage Substations) Of Père Lachaise, Denfert And Lamarck. This Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders On Fixed Prices And Unit Prices Consisting Of A Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount. The Services Included In The Minimum Amount Are As Follows: - The Supply, Installation And Connection Of All The Equipment Included In Article 3.2 Of The Cctp. The Services Included In The Maximum Amount Are As Follows: - The Services Included In The Minimum Amount, - The Provision Of A Mechanic On A 10-Day Basis, - Additional Technical Assistance Services And Possible Contingencies, Estimated At 10 % Of The Minimum Amount. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Maximum Period Of 4 (Four) Years. This 4 (Four) Year Duration Does Not Include The Twelve (12) Month Warranty Period. The Initial Duration Of The Contract Is 3 (Three) Years, From The Date Appearing In The Delivery And Service Order (Ols) For The Start Of The Contract Or, In The Absence Of Such A Date, From From The Start Date Of The First Order Ols, With A Maximum Of 1 Possible Renewal Of One (1) Year. Unless Notified In Writing By Ratp With 2 Months Notice, It Will Be Tacitly Renewed For One (1) Period Of One (1) Year. The Prescription Of These Services Is Done By Means Of Delivery And Service Orders (Ols) Or Service Orders (Os) Which Define The Content, Deadlines And Implementation Constraints. The Services Relate In Particular To: - The Provision Of The Management Plan (See Paragraph 7.5.2 Of The Cctp “The Management Plan”). - The Support Of The Holder And The Provision Of Documents For The Establishment Of The Prevention Plan(S). - On-Site Surveys In The Presence Of Ratp In Order To Jointly Validate The Repairs And Work To Be Carried Out. - The Provision Of Studies As Defined In Chapter 4 Of The Cctp. - Manufacturing, Factory Testing, Packaging And Transport Of Equipment To The Site. - Work On Site, In Particular, Site Installation, Removal Of Pumps, Sensors And Pressure Gauges, Heaters, Thermostatic Valves Replaced, Replacement Of Local Control Boxes, Adaptation Of Existing Piping To New Equipment, The Addition Of 3-Way Type Isolation Valves On The Air Circuit With The Addition Of Relay Lockout Systems, The Adaptation Of Civil Engineering For The Installation And Assembly Of The Supply, The Installation Of The Necessary Terminal Cable Trays And The Earth Connection Of All Installations Added Or Used, The Installation Of New Equipment Making Up Its Supply.
