The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Included In The Technical Description, Which Consists Of: - Design Documentation, - Bill Of Quantities, - Equivalence Criteria. The Above Studies Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constitute Annexes To The Swz. All Obligations Of The Contractor Are Included In The Draft Contract Attached To The Swz (In Accordance With Annex No. 6 To The Swz).
