Training Services – Danish Education For Adult Foreigners, Etc. For Jammerbugt Municipality, Morsø Municipality And Thisted Municipality. This Tender Relates To Jammerbugt Municipality, Morsø Municipality And Thisted Municipalitys Joint Tender For A Framework Agreement Regarding Provision Of Danish Education For Adult Foreigners And Family Reunified Persons Aged 18 And Over Who Reside In The Respective Municipalities. The Tender Must Ensure That, During The Contract Period, There Are The Right Offers For Young And Adult Foreigners Who Have The Right And Duty To Receive Danish Education And Other Employment-Oriented Language Courses In Accordance With The Danish Education Act, The Integration Act Or The Act On Active Employment Efforts. The Tender Must Also Ensure That The Ordering Party Achieves The Best Possible Price And Quality In The Solution Of The Task. One Supplier Is Wanted To Handle The Task For The Ordering Party (All Three Municipalities). The Tender Is Carried Out Cf. The Tendering Act, Lbk No. 10 Of 06/01/2023 Section Iii On The Procurement Of Social And Other Specific Services (Light Regime).
