Repair And Maintenance Services – Framework Agreement For Maintenance And Repairs Of Electromechanical Hospital-Related Equipment. 1. By Means Of The Current Assignment, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement In Accordance With Article 43, Paragraph 4 Of The Public Procurement Act Of 17 June 2016, With Reference To “P8172 Framework Agreement For Maintenance And Repairs Of Electromechanical Hospital-Related Equipment” With One (1 ) Entrepreneur. 2. The Assignment Includes: - Maintenance And Repairs Of Electromechanical Hospital-Related Equipment. - Carrying Out Accessory Work Relating To Hospital-Related Equipment. 3. The Duration Of This Framework Agreement Is 4 Years Starting From The Day Of Allocation. Provided That A Notice Period Of 3 Months Is Observed, The Contracting Authority May Terminate The Framework Agreement At Any Time Without Giving Any Reason. In Order To Bridge The Transition Period To A New Framework Agreement, The Agreement Can Be Extended By A Maximum Of 3 Times 2 Months At The Request Of The Contracting Authority. 4. The Contracting Authority Will Thus Be Able To Call For Services In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In This Framework Agreement. 5. The Contracting Authority Can Always Consult The Entrepreneur Who Is A Party To The Framework Agreement In Writing And, If Necessary, Request Him To Supplement His Quotation. 6. The Services To Be Provided In General Terms Or Per Partial Order Depend On The Future Needs Of The Contracting Authority And Are Therefore Currently Probable Quantities. 7. The Order Is Not Exclusive And No Minimum Orders Are Guaranteed. 8. However, The Contracting Authority Also Reserves The Right Not To Award The Framework Agreement.
