Description: OHPSA are preparing to engage an organisation to be the Hydrogen Jobs Plan (HJP) Programs Program Management Contractor (PMC) and a Principal Contractor (PC). As the ECI phase has progressed and scope and execution planning have gained more visibility OHPSA have etermined the requirement for a PMC and PC (PMC+PC) to ensure the program is well planned, coordinated and delivered. It is expected that the PMC+PC roles will be performed by the same contractor.
