Expression of Interest are invited for Project Manager for Implementation of Commonwealth Meridian at Suriname Debt Management Office (Sdmo) Project Name: Programa de Apoyo Fiscal para Reactivar el Crecimiento QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Minimum of 5 years project management experience. 2. Proven experience in delivering similar system migration projects. 3. Proven ability to work with minimal supervision to deliver quality results. 4. Ability to work alone and in teams. 5. Affinity with Debt Managements standards and procedures creates an advantage. 6. Proven ability to draft, edit and produce written reports, including results-focused reports. 7. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including PowerPoint, Word and Excel. 8. A proven leadership track record will be an asset to this consultancy. 9. Proven experience working with Government, international organizations and donors.
