One Framework Agreement Is Offered, Which Is To Be Awarded To Two Suppliers, Where Deliveries Are Awarded According To A Cascade Model. The Cascade Model Implies That, As A Starting Point, The Primary Supplier Is Assigned, But If This Cannot Deliver To The Specified Schedule Repeatedly, The Subsequent Deliveries Can Be Assigned To The Secondary Supplier.
