A Dynamic Supplier Register Means A Procedure Designed By The Procurement Unit Itself In Accordance With The Principles Of The Procurement Act For Procuring The Services That Are The Subject Of The Procurement. The Actual Purchases Are Made Through Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Supplier Register. The Procurement Is The Procurement Of Social And Health Services Exceeding The National Threshold In Accordance With Appendix E Of The Act On Public Procurement And Right-Of-Use Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act). All Candidates Who Meet The Eligibility Requirements Will Be Accepted Into The Dynamic Supplier Register. A More Detailed Description Of The Operation Of The Dynamic Supplier Register Is In Appendix 1, And A More Detailed Description Of The Procurement Object Is In Appendix 2. We Ask That Interested Candidates Submit Their Application For Participation In The Electronic Tendering System (Tarjouspalvelu.Fi) No Later Than 28 October 2024 At 12:00. After This, The Candidate Can Submit A Participation Application, But The Procurement Unit Processes Participation Applications Only Once A Year According To The Schedule Described In Appendix 1. The Dynamic Supplier Register Is Valid Until September 27, 2034, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended With A Separate Notification. Hus Does Not Commit To Any Procurement Quantities Or Quantity Purchase Obligations With This Announcement. Appendices 3.1–3.2.8 Are Document Drafts Of The First Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Supplier Register, And Their Purpose Is To Provide Candidates With Information On What Kind Of Tendered Procurement Entity In 2024 Will Initially Be.
