The Opportunity The available sites are Lots 1-7 at 72 Caernarvon Drive (Gumtree) and Lot 6 at 30 Swansea Road (Lot 6). These lots are fully infrastructure-enabled and ready for development, offering a prime opportunity for developers to deliver housing that meets the rising demand in the area.
