Some of the buildings require full interior painting to gib plaster walls and minimal repair work and there is also some swimming pool painting work. Contractors are encouraged to supply rates to cover all elements of painting work and can provide rates for sub-contractors to cover specialised work As this is a contract for services over a 3 year period this is a great opportunity for a painting contractor to secure a lot of work as a separate entity or as a partnership to carry out these essential works. We are looking for locally based, experienced painters who always deliver a high-quality product and can respond to unexpected work at short notice.
