The Subject Of Procurement Is: Creation Of Project Technical Documentation, Medical Spatial Program, Conceptual Urban Plan, Conceptual Architectural Plan And Conceptual Project, For The Construction Of A New Building Of The Clinic For Infectious Diseases Dr. Fran Mihaljević The Offered Service Must Fully Meet All The Required Technical Conditions From The Description Of The Procurement Item And The Specification Found In The Cost Sheet And Appendix 1 Of This Documentation. Below Is A Description Of The Scope Of Services That Are Expected As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, That Is, Of All Its Activities That Will Be The Subject Of The Performance Of The Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement. The Described Scope Does Not Represent The Totality Of The Requested Services, But The Bidder, That Is, The Designer Should Complete The Necessary Preparations And Activities Within Activities 1-5 According To The Turnkey Calculation System In Accordance With The Description And Explanations From This Don, Professional Rules And Applicable Laws. Activities As Part Of The Entire Project Are: 1. Analysis Of Existing Medical Facilities By Building And Creation Of A Scheme Of Existing Facilities, Cooperation With Kzibfm Staff In The Development Of A Medical Program And Development Of A Spatial Program For The New Building, All In Accordance With The Applicable Hr Legislation (Activity 1); 2. Analysis Of The Existing State Of The Location, A Proposal For A New Urban Conceptual Solution For The Placement Of Planned Contents On The Existing Location, All In Accordance With The Applicable Hr Legislation And Valid Spatial Plans (Activity 2); 3. Drafting Of The Conceptual Architectural Solution, According To The Approved Spatial Program, For Meeting The Special Conditions For The Construction Of The New Kzibfm Building And Meeting The Special Construction Conditions, All In Accordance With The Applicable Hr Legislation And Valid Spatial Plans (Activity 3) 4. Drafting Of The Conceptual Design Of The Building Based On The Approved Conceptual Solution, All In Accordance With The Applicable Hr Legislation And Valid Spatial Plans (Activity 4) 5.
