The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Street Lighting For Plot No. 752, 755, 756, 759, 760, 794, 1137 Rev. 14 In Zabieżki, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled Design And Installation Of Lighting Points In The Celestynów Commune, In The Scope Of: 1) Construction Of An Overhead Low-Voltage Power Line Type Asxsn 2X25 Mm2 With A Length Of Approx. 233 M2) Construction Of 4 Pcs. Of E-10.5/2.5 Poles; 3) Construction 3 Pcs. E-10.5/4.3 Poles;4) Installation Of 7 Led Lighting Fixtures (Luminaires Equipped With A Programmable Control System And Power Reduction. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Fixtures Not Equipped With The Dali System),5) Carrying Out An As-Built Surveying Inventory . 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 6 To The Swz - Design Documentation And The Contract Template Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Excludes The Modernization And Installation Of Lighting Control Boxes From The Scope Of Work. The Ordering Party Informs That Works Are Currently Being Carried Out On The Comprehensive Modernization Of Street Lighting In The Celestynów Commune. The Contractor Expanding The Lighting As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Prepare Appropriate Measurements That Will Indicate Whether The Expanded Lighting Does Not Affect The Fuses And Soft Starter Devices Used In The Boxes. In The Event Of Security Violations - The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Necessary Changes To The Lighting Control Box In Consultation With The Employer And The Investor Supervision Inspector, And Include These Changes In The As-Built Documentation.
