The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Required To Submit A Construction Notification In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 2) Delivery And Installation Of 2 Play Sets In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Opz; 3) Construction Of Safety Zones For Play Sets At Ul. The Execution Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Informing The Ordering Party About The Current Status Of The Task Implementation. In Particular, Before Each Stage Of Completion Of Fading Works. The Ordering Party Will Control The Manner Of Their Implementation To Verify Whether All Standards Have Been Met. If These Conditions Are Not Met And Doubts Arise, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Place Of Disappearing Works And Redo It In Accordance With The Employers Assumptions. The Contractor Will Perform All These Re-Performance Activities At His Own Expense; 2) Tidy Up And Level The Area After Completing All The Work, And Dispose Of Any Excavated Rubble Or Other Waste At Its Own Expense In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.
