1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Modernization Of Lighting In The Węgliniec Commune.2. The Following Construction Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Task:2.1. Replacement Of Existing Old-Type Street Lighting Fixtures (Sodium Luminaires) With Led Fixtures In The Amount Of 125 Pcs. In The Węgliniec Commune. 1) Dismantling And Disposal Of Old Lighting Fixtures, In Accordance With Applicable Law In This Regard. The Commune Reserves The Right To Indicate Some Of The Luminaires To Deposit Them In A Place Specified By The Commune To Meet Other Needs.2) Installation Of Led Luminaires Selected In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Conditions Specified In The Template (Draft) Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
