Detailed Conditions, Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Delivered Equipment And Fittings Must Be Brand New, Manufactured In 2024, Free From Defects And Meet All The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Order Documents.
