Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified in Tender Documentation, including: a) Availability & compliance of Bid Bond Bank Guarantee with the Tender Documentation requirements in the amount of USD 50,000.00 for LOT 1 and in the amount of USD 50,000.00 for LOT 2. b) The Bidder has the average annual turnover for the last 3 years (2021-2023) in the amount of not less than USD 5,000,000.00. If the Bidder submits bids for both Lot 1 and Lot 2, the required average annual turnover for the last 3 years (2021-2023) must be at least USD 10,000,000.00. c) Compliance of the Technical Proposal with Tender Documentation requirements. d) Compliance with Integrity Due Diligence requirement.
