The Akyemansa District Assembly invites sealed Tender from eligible contractors in the country for the construction works and Supplies indicated in the table above. Tenders will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedure specified in the Public Procurement Act 663, (Act 2003) as Amended Act 914, 2016 and guidelines in the Public Procurement Manual of the Republic of Ghana. Tender document may be inspected and purchased at the address stated below for a non- refundable fee of Four Hundred (GHC 400.00) Ghana Cedis from 27th September, 2024 with an application letter during the normal working hours.
