Boligforeningen Aab (Aab) Offers Total Advice For The Renovation Of Ward 11, Lindevangshave, Frederiksberg, Which Includes Public Housing Located At Peter Bangs Vej 44-58, Dalgas Boulevard 72-78 And P. G. Ramms Alle 1-19. The Project Concerns Future-Proofing Measures And Is An Unsupported Construction Project. The Project Includes The Following Works In Department 11: - Replacement Of Roof: O Replacement Of Roof Tiles, O Replacement Of Laths, O Alignment Of Rafters, O Solar Cells Integrated In Roof Tiles. - Facade Renovation: O Peeling Of Brickwork Around Brickwork, O Muddy Stairs And Cracks In Brickwork Repaired, O Replacement Of Joint Tape Around Windows And Balcony Doors. - Central Heating: O Replacement Of Hot Water Tank, O Replacement Of Valves, O Inspection Of The Central Heating. - Yard Work: O Sedum Roof On Large Rubbish Shed, O New Wood – Red Beech, According To Local Plan, O Investigate The Possibility Of Raising The Yard Level Against The Wall To Avoid Moisture. In Addition, The Project Contains The Following Options: - Option 1: Lifts In Back Stairwell O Remove Back Stairs, O Installation Of Lift (Excavation At The Bottom And Possible Raising Of Roof In Stairwell), O Sprinkling Of Main Staircase (If The Lift Is Installed, The Escape Route Is Removed, And Therefore The Main Staircase Must Be Sprinkled). - Option 2: Renovation Of Back Stairs O Improvement Of Any Cracks In The Masonry, O Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, O Grinding Of Steps, Handrails And Balusters. Choosing One Option (Either Option 1 Or 2) Will Automatically Result In The Use Of The Other Option Being Excluded. The Total Consultant Agreement Is Based On Abr 18 And The Performance Description For Construction And Landscape (Ybl 18). The Total Consultant Contract Is Expected To Be Concluded In Early/Mid January 2025 And Delivery Is Scheduled For 28 May 2027, Cf. Appendix 3 Main Timetable.
