The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The Facade And Roof Of The Building Of The Sokół Gymnastic Society In Myślenice. The Existing Building Of The Sokół Gymnastic Society, Which Is Subject To Renovation Of The Façade And Roof, Will Involve The Renovation Of Brick And Stone Elements, Replacement Of External Joinery And Reconstruction Of The Entrance Door From The West, Together With The Renovation Of The Lightning Protection System And The Construction Of External Stairs. The Investment Includes Demolition Works To Be Carried Out Outside The Existing Building. Building Covered By The Study. It Is Planned To Dismantle The Existing Gutters Of The Building Together With Downpipes, As Well As The Existing Fittings For The Hoods And The Front Board, As Well As The Sheet Metal Flashings Of The Cornice, Chimneys And Gable Walls. The Existing Roof Hatch Is To Be Dismantled And Disposed Of. It Is Planned To Dismantle And Dispose Of The Pedestal For The Falcon Sculpture And Replace The Nano. The Sculpture Is Planned To Be Dismantled And Restored. Some Of The Roof Tiles Indicated In The Drawing Are Intended For Disassembly And Disposal, The Remaining Part Is Planned To Be Cleaned And Reused As Roofing (Existing And New Roof Tiles Should Be Mixed And Installed In Randomly Selected Places). The Main Goal Of The Investment Is To Restore The Splendor And Appropriate Aesthetics Of The Building Of The Sokół Gymnastic Society By Improving Its Technical And Aesthetic Condition. The Investment Task Includes Preserving And Securing The Buildings Facade And Roof. Conservation Intervention Will Consist In Removing Secondary Accretions, Inappropriate Brickwork And Reconstructions, Making Necessary Repairs And Replacing Worn-Out Elements Of The Façade And Roof. Construction Works Will Include Landscaping: Reconstruction Of The Entrance Stairs To The Building On The Western Side, Renovation Of The Existing Stairs On The Southern Side And Construction Of A Band Around The Building To Reduce Waterlogging Of The Walls. Construction Works Will Include, Among Others: Renovation Of Brick And Stone Threads By Cleaning Of Dirt, Structural Consolidation Of Weakened Parts, Cleaning Of Flora Spores, Filling, Tabling, Pointing And Hydrophobization. It Is Planned To Temporarily Dismantle The Roofing And Battens In Order To Install The Roof Membrane. As Part Of The Renovation, It Is Planned To Recreate The Entrance To The Building From The West, Replace The Roof Over The Entrance From The East, And Replace The Pedestal For The Falcon Sculpture.
