1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Complex Of Sports Fields At The Forest School Complex In Biłgoraj - Stage Vii, Construction Of A Shelter, I.E. Construction Of A Building In A Horizontal Projection In The Shape Of A Rectangle With Dimensions Of 10.0 M X 4.50 M With A Wooden Frame Structure, A Gable Roof With Rafters - Collar Beam With A Roof Slope Of 20 Degrees, The Roof Is Covered With Bituminous Shingles. The Shelter Will Be Placed On Concrete Footings And Footings (On The Plot No. 5/5, Precinct 0001 Biłgoraj, Registration Unit Of The City Of Biłgoraj 060201_1).2. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Marking Out The Facility Under Construction, 2) Demolition Of Parts Of The Existing Cube, 3) Construction Of Foundations For The Facility Under Construction, 4) Construction Of The Walls Of The Shelter With Doors, 5) Construction Of The Roof Truss Along With Roof Covering And Construction Sheet Metal Work,6) Construction Of Hardened Surfaces Made Of Paving Stones,7)Installation Of Gutters And Downpipes,8)Finishing Works - Painting/Varnishing The Structure9) Preparation Of A Geodetic Inventory. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor: 1) Will Be Responsible For The Entire Order, Including For The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order, 2) Providing Geodetic Services For The Investment (Staking Out, As-Built Inventory Together With Geodetic Inventory), 3) During The Warranty And Guarantee Period To Participate In Organized Inspections Of The Facility And Each Time In The Event Of Defects, 4) Bearing Full Responsibility For Damage Caused By Its Own Employees As A Result Of Failure To Comply With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, 5) Accepting Responsibility For Any Damage Caused By Its Employees Or Persons Acting On Its Behalf, Including Cases Of Damage Body Or Property Caused By An Act Or Omission During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Provided For By The Civil Code,6) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Together With An As-Built Geodetic Inventory.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz, Which Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Architectural And Construction Design With Technical Design And Land Development - With A Drawing Part In This Documentation, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb),3) Bills Of Quantities, Also Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation.
