1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Renovation Of The Surface Of Municipal Roads: Ul. Leśna In Żółwin, Ul. Żyrardowska And Radomska In Brwinów, Through Double Surface Consolidation With Bituminous Emulsion Along With The Renovation Of Defects And Depressions In The Surface On A Total Area Of ​​5,343.00 M2.2. The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes: 1) Cleaning The Edge Of The Road From Vegetation And Soil Up To 10 Cm Thick On Both Sides Of The Road, 2 X 0.50 M Wide, Together With The Removal Of Excavated Material, 2) Performing Local Renovation Of Defects And Depressions In The Surface Using Stone Grit And Bituminous Emulsion (Will Not Exceed 3% Of The Total Area Of ​​The Works To Be Performed),3) Double Surface Consolidation Using Stone Grit And Bituminous Emulsion,4) Securing And Marking The Area Covered By The Works.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works That Are The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Annex No. 2 To The Contract.4. Before Starting The Work, The Contractor Will Obtain Information About The Existing Infrastructure In The Roads Intended For Repair From Brwinowskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów I Kanyzacji Sp. Z O. O. Based In Brwinów.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order, Available On-Site At The Ordering Party.6. The Contractor Provides A 36-Month Warranty For The Works Performed Against Defects, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.7. Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Based On The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Consisting In Performing Double Surface Fixation.
