The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Task: 1.1 Replacement Of The Existing Lighting Infrastructure Of Energy-Consuming Lighting Fixtures With New Energy-Saving Led Lighting Fixtures In The Biały Bór Commune. 1.2 The Scope Of Work Includes: • Disassembly Of Existing Lighting Fixtures And Their Disposal - 262 Pieces (Including 121 Park Fixtures, 117 Road Luminaires, 24 Reflector Luminaires), • Installation Of Lighting Fixtures With Led Light Sources - 268 Pcs., • Coordination Of Work With The Investor And The Owner Of The Power Grid On Which The Lighting Fixtures Are Installed.1.3 In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Government Fund For Polish Order: Strategic Investment Program (Edition 9 - Lighting Up Poland), The Supplied Led Lighting Fixtures Must: A) Be Manufactured In The European Union, B) Guarantee The Possibility Of Remote Control Without Additional Modification Of The Fixture, C) Have The Following Certificates: Enec, Enec+, Zd4i. The Fixtures Should Be Replaced Successively, And Switching Off The Energy At Individual Sections Of The Works Being Carried Out Will Be Agreed With The Ordering Party.1.4 The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. Performed Using Equipment At The Contractors Disposal.1.7 The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Work Site In The Manner Required By Health And Safety Regulations.1.8 The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Recommendations Of Equipment Manufacturers And In Compliance With Due Diligence.1.9 The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order In The Area Of ​​Works Being Performed And To Secure The Construction Site, And After The Completion Of The Works, To Restore The Construction Site To Its Original Condition And Tidy Up The Area.1.10 Construction Works Should Be Carried Out To Such An Extent That, Whenever Possible, Access To The Properties And Arable Fields.1.11 Construction Products Used To Perform The Works Must Have All Necessary Certificates And Technical Approvals And Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (I.E.
