As Well As The Integration Of The Railway Rolling Stock Management Responsibilities Of Gaiaose S.A. In The New Company. The Main Elements Of The Contract Include: • Detailed Planning Of The Organization And Operation Framework Of The New Body. • Support In The Development And Certification Of Critical Quality Systems For Its Operation. • Development Of Systems For Planning, Management And Evaluation Of The New Organizations Human Resources. • Adaptation Of Existing Staff To The Corporate Culture Of The New Railway Operator And Strengthening Of Staff Knowledge And Skills. • Upgrade, Integration And Development Of Information Systems Critical To The Operation Of The New Body. • Continued Support For The Successful Implementation Of The Organizational Reform In Order To Achieve The Targets By 1 January 2026.
