Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy – Supply Of Electricity For The National Theater In Warsaw. 1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 2) The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With: A) The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997, Energy Law - Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws 2024.266, As Amended. (Hereinafter Referred To As Ep) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act, B) Instruction For The Operation And Operation Of The Distribution Network (Hereinafter: Iriesd) Of Innogy Stoen Operator Sp. Z O. O., To Which The National Theater Is Connected. 3) The Total Maximum Estimated Demand For Electricity In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2026 Is: A) Power Supply I - ~ 2000.00 Mwh, B) Power Supply Ii - ~ 1000.00 Mwh, C) Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor For The Amount Of Electricity Actually Consumed, Determined According To The Readings Of Measuring Devices. D) In Connection With The Reservation Referred To In Point C), The Ordering Party Undertakes To Collect, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, At Least 70% Of The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Referred To In Point 3.3 A) And B) Of The Swz, During The Period Of Validity Of Contracts. E) The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of The B 21 Tariff And A One-Month Settlement Period In Settlements. 4) The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. Dividing The Order Into Lots Would Cause Technical Difficulties And Additional Costs Of Execution Of The Order. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Jeopardize Its Proper Execution.
