During The Previous Procurements, Elering As Has Built The Foundation Of The Backup Transformer In The Tartu 330/110/20 Kv Substation And Installed A New 330Kv Backup Transformer A5t On It. With This Tender, Elering As Creates Reservability For The 330Kv Transformers A1t And A2t By Reconstructing The Protection And Automation Systems Of The Transformers And Installing 20 Kv Shoulder Current Limiting Reactors On The 330Kv Transformers. The Primary And Secondary Connections Will Be Constructed In Such A Way That Readiness Is Created For The Quick Commissioning Of The A5t Transformer As A Reserve Unit Instead Of Either A1t Or A2t. The Exact Conditions Are Stipulated In The Procurement Documents.
