Randers Municipality Wants To Realize Flodlejet - A New Urban Space That Combines High Water Protection And Access To The Water With A Green, Recreational Oasis In The Heart Of The River Town Of Randers. Landscape Architect, Architect And Engineering Advice In Connection With The Urban Space Project Flodlejet Is Offered As Total Advice In One Framework Agreement. The Project Is Described In The Tender Documents. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into With One Contact Party. The Provider Can Thereby Requisition Consultancy Services In Connection With The Project When The Need Arises. When Tasks Are Requisitioned Under The Framework Agreement, A Concrete Initiation Notice (Atr) Is Entered Into Based On The Rights And Obligations Of The Framework Agreement. The Provider, In Addition To The Preparation Of Layout Proposals, Which Atr Enters Into After The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement, Does Not Have An Obligation To Accept The Framework Agreement, And A Given Fee Under The Framework Agreement Cannot Therefore Be Guaranteed. The Estimated Value For The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 6,400,000, Excl. Vat During The Contract Period, As Long As The Consultant Will, As Expected, Participate In The Entire Project Process, I.E. For Preparing Layout Proposals For The Entire Project Area, As Well As Project Proposals, Authority Projects, Tender Projects, Project Follow-Up, Construction Management And Professional Supervision For The Municipally Owned Part Of The Project Area. The Maximum Value For The Framework Agreement Is Calculated At Dkk 11,000,000, Excl. Vat During The Contract Period. The Tender Is Carried Out Via The Tender Platform Ethics. Applications And Offers Submitted In Any Other Way Will Not Be Considered. Applications And Offers Must Be In Danish. The Project Is Also Carried Out With Danish As The Language. Agreement With The Winning Tenderer Is Concluded On The Basis Of The Attached Framework Agreement, Incl. Attachment.
