The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Heating Equipment For The Boiler Room, Modernization Of The Existing Installation And Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room Located In The Office Building Of The Olympic Stadium In Wrocław.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of Heating Devices, Tanks And Other Elements Of The Boiler Room Infrastructure; 2) Dismantling Of Existing Heating Equipment (Buderus Boilers) And Other Boiler Room Elements Along With Their Disposal; 3) Refreshing The Boiler Room With The Construction Of New Plinths For New Boilers And Tanks;4) Installation Of New Boilers And Creation Of New Heating Infrastructure Within The Boiler Room And Connection To The Existing Heating Network Of The Building;5) Reconstruction Of The Water Connection;6) Reconstruction Of The Gas Intake Adapted To New Devices;7) Reconstruction Of The Fire Protection Installation. And Adapting It To New Conditions;8) Installing A New Chimney System;9) Rebuilding The Electrical Connection Adapted To The New Heating Devices;10) Reconstructing The Gazex Signaling System Adapted To New Heating Devices;11) Rebuilding The Drainage System In The Entrances To The Boiler Room And The K3 Warehouse ;12) Carrying Out Tests And Launching The Entire Heating System;13) Carrying Out Sanitization Of Hot Utility Water Confirmed By Testing The Water Quality, Including The Content Of Legionella Bacteria. The Implementation Does Not Introduce Changes In The Method Of Use And Development Of The Area. The Development Coefficients Of The Area And The Green Area Area Also Remain Unchanged, And The Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Will Not Disturb The Structure Of The Building. 3. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials, Devices, Equipment And Technological Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Guaranteeing Achievement Of Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed. The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That They Will Guarantee The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed.
