The Renovated Residential Premises With A Usable Area Of ​​48.20 M2 Are Located On The Ground Floor Of A Multi-Family Building, Located In Pasłęk At 143 Wojska Polskiego Street. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Performance Of Demolition Works; 2) Construction Of A New Electrical Installation; 3) Modernization Of Central Heating Installations By Replacing Radiators And Sanitary Installations;4) Replacing Windows With Pvc Windows;5) Adding Cement And Lime Plasters;6) Building A Partition Wall;7) Constructing A New Bathroom;8) Purchasing And Replacing The Entrance Door;9) Modifying And Constructing New Buildings Installation Plaster;10) Filling Walls And Ceilings With Putty;11) Painting Walls And Ceilings With Priming;12) Laying Floors With Wooden Panels And Installing Skirting Boards;13) Purchasing And Installing Interior Doors Along With Processing4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Annex No. 1.1)2) Design Documentation (Annex No. 1.2), Including The Following Studies: A) Technical Descriptionb ) Bill Of Quantities. C) Floor Plan Of The Premises (See The Premises On The Right Marked In Red)5. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works For A Period Of 3 (Three) Years From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee.
