The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Village Community Center Building Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, On Plots No. 94/1 And 95/1 In Lekaszyn Commune. Uniejów Along With Construction Equipment And Land Development As Part Of The Task Titled: Lets Meet In Our Own Corner - Nasz Lekaszyn Community Center. The Building Of The Community Center Is To Be A Year-Round Pavilion Composed Of Ready-Made Steel Elements, Placed On Foundation Footings. External Dimensions 8 X 5 M, Interior Height Approximately 2.8 M With A Slope Of 2.5 M. The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Construction / Assembly Of A Village Community Center Building Along With Designed Installations And Related Devices; - Construction Of A Water Supply Connection; - Construction Of A Connection To The Power Grid; - Construction Of A Sanitary Connection To The Designed Tight Septic Tank With A Capacity Of 10 M3 (Including The Construction Of The Designed Septic Tank); - Construction Of An Area Fence With A Gate And Wicket; - Construction Of A Hardened Area With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones; - Making And Placing An Information Board With Dimensions Of 80 Cm X 120 Cm Regarding The Financing Of The Project From The Budget Of The Łódź Voivodeship Local Government, In Accordance With The Template Available On The Website Www.Lodzkie.Pl/Rolnictwo In The Village Community Center For Plus Tab. The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For Ensuring Archaeological Research In The Form Of Archaeological Supervision During The Implementation Of Earthworks Or Changing The Current Activity That Involves Disturbing The Structure Of The Ground, Along With Applying For A Permit To Perform Such Research To The Provincial Office For The Protection Of Monuments In Łódź. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Obtain An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Construction Site And Eliminate All Threats On An Ongoing And Systematic Basis. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party Upon Acceptance Of The Works (On The Day Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order) With An As-Built Cost Estimate For The Implementation Of The Project. The As-Built Cost Estimate Constitutes An Attachment To The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Contractor May Not Exploit Errors Or Omissions In The Documentation, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Changes Or Corrections. Bidders Are Advised To Read The Terms Of Reference In Detail, Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer, Check And Verify The Documentation Of The Procedure And Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Errors And Omissions.4.
