Tenders are invited for Consultancies: Avsi - Consultancy: External Evaluation on Isosep Project Closing Date: Sunday, 06. Oct 2024 Intervention Sector(s): Social & Cultural Development Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 3 months The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the AVSI Lebanon intervention aimed at enhancing social protection services in Lebanons Social Development Centers (SDCs). The evaluation will focus on the projects ability to meet its objectives, particularly the delivery of integrated primary and secondary services to Syrian refugees and host communities, with a special emphasis on women and children. This evaluation seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of how the intervention has contributed to strengthening the capacity of SDCs and promoting cooperation between local service providers. It will also assess the projects alignment with national social protection policies and the extent to which it has addressed the urgent needs of vulnerable populations amid Lebanons ongoing socio-economic crises.
