In The Month Of October 2018, A Report On The Energy Survey Of The Street Lighting System In The Territory Of The City Of Pleven Was Prepared. In Order To Implement The Measures Prescribed In The Report And To Improve The Condition Of The Street Lighting In The City, The Municipality Of Pleven Carried Out A Cmr On A Project With The Subject: Engineering, Design And Reconstruction Of The Street Lighting System Of The City Of Pleven. After The Completion Of The Project, The Street Lighting System Consists Of The Following Main Elements: - Lighting Fixtures - Around 7,300 Street And Park Lighting Fixtures With A Power Of 14W, 25W, 30W, 57W, 83W And 118W And A Total Installed Power Of 334 Kw Have Been Installed On The Territory Of The City. - Lighting Poles - The Total Number Of Poles On The Territory Of The City Of Pleven Is About 6,800. Of Them, 1,722 Are Reinforced Concrete Poles From The Lv Overhead Network, 1,395 Poles From The Trolleybus Contact Network, 1,838 Poles Are Steel With A Height Of H-4 Meters, 1,121 Pieces Are Made Of Steel With A Height Of H-6/9 Meters, 558 Pieces Are Made Of Steel With A Height Of H-10/12 Meters And 127 Pieces Are Made Of Steel With A Height Of H-14 Meters. - The Electrical Panels Supplying The Street Lighting Are About 340 Pcs. Most Of Them Are Moved Outside The Substations At The Property Line. The Management Of The Street Lighting System Is Carried Out By An Automated Control System. The Fonotronica 2 Clocks With A Built-In Astronomical Calendar Are Installed And Preserved In The Headboard. - The Supply Network For Street Lighting Has A Total Length Of 201.9 Km. The Network For Street Lighting In The Territory Of The City Of Pleven Is Of Two Types - Open Aerial Or Underground Cable. The Overhead Network Has An Approximate Length Of 58.9 Km, Of Which 18.3 Km Is Filled With Twisted Insulated Conductors Of The Al-R Type And 40.6 Km Is Filled With Bare Al Conductors. The Underground Cable Network Is Approximately 143.0 Km Long. It Is Mainly Made Of Cables With Aluminum Cores Of The Savtt Type With Sections From 10 To 50 Mm2. There Are Also Cables With Copper Cores Of The Svt Type With Sections From 6 To 16 Mm2. The Condition Of The Underground Cable Network Is Not Good, With The Main Problems Being Aluminum Cables Laid Without A Protective Tube. The Two Villages Subject To The Public Procurement Are: The Village Of Kurtojabene And The Village Of Laskar. In The Village Of Kurtojabene, 113 Units Have Been Installed. Lighting Fixtures, Powered By 3 Control Panels, And In The Village Of Laskar, 90 Units Have Been Installed. Lighting Fixtures Powered By 2 Control Panels. In The Villages, The Network Is Aerial, Common Zero With Electrical Distribution Networks Zapad Ead, The Switchboards And Metering Are In The Substations.
