Car Park Services – Concession Contract Regarding Delivery, Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of Publicly Accessible Charging Points In Vordingborg Municipality. The Tender Includes Vordingborg Municipalitys Transfer Of The Right And Duty To Establish And Operate Publicly Accessible Charging Points For A 10-Year Period At Selected Locations In The Municipality To One Operator. The Ordering Party Has Previously Carried Out Tenders For The Supply, Establishment, Operation And Maintenance Of Publicly Accessible Charging Points At Other Locations In The Municipality. On That Basis And On The Basis Of The Extent Of The Tendered Concession Contract, The Ordering Party Has Decided Not To Divide This Into Partial Agreements. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Tendered Contract Will Result In A Turnover For The Operator Of Approx. 40 Million Dkk Excl. Vat The Expected Turnover For The Contract Is Calculated On The Basis Of The Ordering Partys Expectation Of Consumption With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Expected Turnover Is Thus An Estimate On The Part Of The Ordering Party And Is Therefore Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Operator Must Basically Finance The Costs For Delivery, Establishment, Operation, Maintenance And Removal Of Charging Points Themselves. Vordingborg Municipality May, However, Provide Payment To Operators Of Publicly Accessible Charging Points If, After Holding A Tender, It Can Be Established That The Agreement Cannot Be Implemented Without, Cf. Executive Order No. 374 Of 9 April 2024 On Municipalities And Regions Providing Payment To Operators Of Publicly Available Charging Points. Vordingborg Municipality Prioritizes Setting Up Charging Points For Public Use In Public Car Parks. In Total, It Concerns 14 Public Locations, Which Appear In The Concession Contracts Annex 2 Overview Of Locations. The Actual Number Of Charging Points At The Individual Locations Depends On The Tenderers Assessment Of The Individual Locations Business Potential. However, At Least One Charging Stand Must Be Set Up Per Location And It Will Be Possible To Set Up Charging Points At A Maximum Of 15% Of The Total Number Of Parking Spaces At The Location. During The Contract Period, The Concession Contract Can Be Extended By Up To Five Additional Locations.
