Tenders are invited for Balance Pipe Installation, Interconnecting Piping In the Chiller Plant Room and the Rooftop Cooling Tower Area, and Testing & Commissioning of Mvac Equipment in Block 01, 02, 08 of Dhqc Project, Akuregoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language maybe purchased by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 23r<* September 2024 until 14tn October 2024 from 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 3,500.00). The method of payment will be in Cash in favor of The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Sri Lankan Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Thousand only (LKR 250,000.00) obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka or an agency acceptable to the Employer. This Bid-Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on-demand and shall be valid up to 14"1 February 2025.
