The Tender Concerns The Purchase Of Psychological Assistance (Psychological Assistance, Acute Crisis Assistance As Well As Counseling And Supervision) For All Of The Clients Units And Institutions. The Services Include The Following Psychological Assistance: 1. Psychological Assistance 2. Acute Crisis Assistance 3. Counseling And Supervision. The Client Is Obliged To Use The Supplier Psykologhjælp, Which Is Requisitioned And Financed From The City Council Secretariat And Hr. The Ordering Partys Units And Institutions Have The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Use The Supplier According To The Contract For The Following: • Psychological Assistance, Which The Unit/Institution Finances Itself • Acute Crisis Assistance • Counseling And Supervision. For A More Detailed Description Of The Services Offered, Including The Requirements That The Services Must Meet, Please Refer To The Specification Of Requirements (Appendix 2) And The Offer List (Appendix 3), As Well As Any Corrections And Answers To Questions. The Procedure Includes An Option To Proceed To Negotiation, Cf. The Tender Conditions. However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Accept The Initial Offer. The Tendered Contract Has A Term Of 3 Years, With The Contract Starting On 1 March 2025. The Contract Can Be Extended By The Ordering Party For 4 Times Up To 12 Months. The Contract Can Thus Run For Up To 7 Years. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With Section Iii Of The Tender Act.
