Engineering Works And Construction Works – Haamstede Realization Softening. The Civil Scope Includes A New Softening Building (Dimensions Approximately 25 M X 28 M Highest Point = 12 M) Based On Detailed Specifications (Technical Design). The New Water Softening Building At The Haamstede Production Location Is Located In A Dune Area That Is Part Of Natura2000. Protected Flora And Fauna Must Be Taken Into Account On The Site. The Substructure Of The Softening Building Contains Concrete Cellars And Concrete Floors On A Pile Foundation. The Superstructure Consists Of A Main Supporting Structure Of Steel, Concrete Floors And Steel Roof Plates And A Water-Bearing Concrete Structure, The Cascade Spaces. The Facade Consists Of Sandwich Panels With Natural Stone Tiles. Outside The Building There Is An Unloading Area And A Co2 Setup. The Civil Contractor Will Also Be Required To Coordinate Subsidiary Contractors (Wtb, E&I, Site Pipes, Chemicals).
