The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Delivery Of Underwater Drones With Additional Equipment As Part Of The Project Retrofitting Volunteer Fire Department Units From The Suwałki Commune With Rescue Equipment. 3.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Task Entitled The Delivery Of Underwater Drones With Additional Equipment As Part Of The Project Retrofitting Volunteer Fire Department Units From The Suwałki Commune With Rescue Equipment Is Financed Under The European Funds For Podlaskie 2021-2027 Program, Priority Ii. Environmentally Friendly Region, Measure 2.7 Adaptation To Climate Change, Project Type: Development Of Environmental Forecasting And Warning Systems And Rescue Systems. 3.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of: A) Underwater Drone - 2 Pcs; B) Grapple For An Underwater Drone With A Mounting Bracket - 2 Pcs; C) Additional Camera For An Underwater Drone With A Mounting Bracket - 2 Pcs; D) Additional Charging To An Underwater Drone - 2 Pcs; E) Sonar With Mounting Bracket - 2 Pcs. Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment. 3.3.1. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Undamaged, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, And Ready For Use In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose. 3.3.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer Of Used Or Reactivated Equipment.3.3.3. The Equipment Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Manufacturers Original Packaging Along With Warranty Documents And An Operating Manual In Polish.3.3.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. To The Suwałki Commune Office, Ul. Świerkowa 45, 16-402 Suwałki Within 50 Days Of Signing The Public Procurement Contract. 3.3.5. The Order Also Includes Delivery And Transport (At The Contractors Expense, Risk And Responsibility) Of Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, I.E. 16-400 Suwałki, Ul. Świerkowa 45 On Working Days, Monday To Friday, From 9:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M..3.3.6. In The Event Of Non-Compliance Of The Subject Of The Order Or Quantity With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Replace And Supplement The Delivery Within No More Than 5 Business Days From The Date Of Delivery.3.3.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Documents Necessary For The Legal Use Of The Equipment And, If Required For The Operation Of The Equipment, Also Licenses And Software, Provided That The Provided Licenses And Software Should Be A One-Time Purchase Without The Need To Renew Them Or Pay Any Other Fee To Maintain Their Validity.3.3 .8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least 24-Month Warranty For The Supplied Equipment (Does Not Apply To Accumulators/Batteries) And Min. 12-Month Warranty On Accumulators/Batteries.
