Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Center For Ball Sports. The Subject Of The Competition Is The Design Of A Set Of Buildings With A Public Space. This Is A Proposal For The Ball Sports Center - A New Multifunctional Hall In The City Of České Budějovice On Husová Třída, Which Will Provide A Modern, Sufficiently Capable And Versatile Facility For Organizing Sports Events And Additionally Cultural Or Congress Events. The Client Also Requires The Design Of A Parking Garage That Will Be Used Both By Visitors To The Ball Sports Center And By Visitors To The Exhibition Grounds. The Parking Garage Will Be Connected To An Administrative Building With An Entrance Gate To The Exhibition Center. The Forecourt Of The Buildings - The Square - Will Become The Connecting Node Of All The Above-Mentioned Activities. The Client Also Requires The Development Of A Conceptual Design Of Materials And Functions To Complete The Integral Block. The Clients Goal Is To Combine The Construction Of A Ball Sports Center With The Transformation Of The Adjoining Territory Of The Exhibition Center, Which Should Start Long-Term Development In This Part Of The City Of České Budějovice. The Ball Sports Center Will Be Of Regional Importance And Will Become A Venue For Sports Events At A Professional Level With Parameters Suitable For Selected International Sports Events. More Detailed Requirements For The Subject Of The Competition Are Specified In Appendices P01 To P15 Of The Competition Conditions.
