Tenders are invited for Construction of Multi storied residential flat for Government Officers in Azimpur Govt. Colony Zone-A, (1st Revised) Dhaka. Sub-head: Construction of 6(Six) storied Mosque building with ancillary works (Installation of Thai Glass, Tempered Glass, Glass Bricks, CNC Cut Grill work etc.) including Civil, Internal Sanitary & Water Supply and Internal Electrification works. (Package no. W-10/B & W-10/B-1) F.Y: 2024-2025. Eligibility of Tenderer: This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below: (a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (b) Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of 6 (six) storied RCC building construction work including finishing items with a minimum value of Tk 12.00 (twelve point zero zero) Crore in a single contract in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. (c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk 100.00 (one hundred point zero zero) Crore during last 5 (five) years. Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 5 (five) years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid asset i.e. Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW3-7 in original form) of Tk 16.00 (sixteen point zero zero) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. (e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 13.00 (thirteen point zero zero) Crore. supporting documents must be submitted.
