To Build A Uniform And High-Quality Information Management Service Package As A Basis For Effective Measures And Thus Create The Conditions For The Success And Further Development Of Our Work. The Project Consists Of Three Areas, Which Are:1. Renovation Of Data Storage And Architecture Keva Has Defined A Top-Level Target Architecture For Employer And Work Ability Activities, Which The Implemented Solution Follows. The Architecture Is Based On Microsoft Technologies. The Data Storage Of Kevas Employer And Work Ability Function Consists Of Information Related To The Risk Of Incapacity Sent By The Solution Activity, Public Registers And Public Sector Employers. 2. Renewal Of Digital Employer And Work Ability Services Keva Helps Employers In The Public Sector In Managing Disability Risks. During The Project, Services Related To Disability Risks Will Be Updated To Support Public Sector Employers Proactive Work Ability Management And Work Ability Support, And Digital Knowledge-Based Management Processes Will Be Developed To Support Operations. 3. Operational Change And Change Management The Goal Of The Project Is To Develop And Streamline Kevas Internal Operational Processes And Increase The Ability To Support Public Sector Employers Disability Risk Management Even More Effectively. Monitoring The Effectiveness And Effects Of The Solutions Being Developed Is Part Of The Overall Change In Operations.
