Quotation are invited for Development of Economic and Financial Models for Detailed Urban Plan FMDV (Global Fund for Cities Development) and SETEC are working in close collaboration to provide support to the consortium of experts recruited to design and develop the detailed Urban Plan, including with the financing and economic models of the project. As such, FMDV is positioned as an upstream support for the design and production of the expected models and reports and as downstream support for the review of the consortiums deliverables. More specifically, the consultant/joint ventures objectives in the project are the following: · Develop the programs initial investment plan, including investment and management costs inherent to the project (Cost Estimates and BoQ are under the responsibility of the consortium); · Develop the programs economic model: in addition to the investment plan, the consultant/joint venture will provide support to the consortium in detailing the projects economic models, indicating projected expenditure over a 10-year period, the extent of the local market needs for specific services, and possible resource options; · The possible resource options should include potential incomes generated by the program and local economic development as well as potential local and international financial & technical partners; · The proposed economic model based on the current situation in Nablus and in the West Bank should be sustainable and represent a success story.
