Tenders are invited for External evaluator for Professional Circus Training. In realization of the objectives of the assignment, and in close cooperation with PCS team, the scope of work will be as follows: · Conduct a planning workshop to prepare for the program evaluation · Ongoing evaluation activities (meetings, focus groups) · Prepare a detailed evaluation report: implementation, effectiveness, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, lessons learnt, recommendations (actions), etc · Conduct a workshop to review and validate findings · Develop a dissemination plan to share evaluation findings other terms · All tasks are to be prepared in close coordination with Artistic Department and Executive Director at PCS. · The outputs of the assignment will be considered as deliverables upon the approval of PCS team Tender Link : https://www.jobs.ps/en/tenders
