The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution, In The Design And Build Mode, Of An Investment Task Regarding The Modernization And Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Grotniki, Including In Particular: 1) Design Work Consisting In The Development Of At Least: A) A Construction Design Developed To The Extent Consistent With The Requirements Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended) And Obtaining A Building Permit For The Investment In Question, B) Other Studies Required To Obtain A Building Permit, C) Executive Documentation For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment. The Documentation Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Conditions For Approval Of The Construction Design And The Conditions Contained In The Obtained Opinions And Arrangements, As Well As The Detailed Guidelines Of The Ordering Party.
