The Tender Relates To The Delivery Of Auditing Services To All Of Svendborg Municipalitys Units And Institutions, Cf. The Contracts Section 4.1. The Offer Includes A Fixed Basic Service Consisting Of The Statutory Audit Services As Well As An Option To Purchase Additional Additional Services. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Use The Winning Tenderer For The Performance Of The Statutory Audit Service. The Ordering Party Has A Right, But Not An Obligation, To Purchase Additional Additional Services From The Winning Bidder At The Hourly Price Offered. The Expected Revenue Is Calculated On The Basis Of Previous Activity/Consumption And Expected Activity/Consumption Changes With The Assumptions Known At The Time Of The Tender. The Expected Revenue Is Thus Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Same Applies To Quantities Specified In The Offer List. The Contract Is Expected To Be Concluded With A Company For The Period 01.01.2025 To 31.12.2028 With The Possibility Of An Option For 2 X 12 Months. The Expected Revenue Amounts To Dkk 2,700,000 For The Contract Period, Incl. Options.
