The National Center For Space Studies (Cnes), As A Public Establishment Of The State Subject To The Rules Of Public Accounting, Is Required To Appoint Auditors. The Current Mandate Of The Cnes Auditors For The Legal Certification Of Its Corporate Accounts Expires At The Closing Of The 2024 Accounts. Furthermore, In Agreement With The Audit Committee And The Board Of Directors, Cnes Does Not Has Established More Consolidated Accounts Since The 2016 Financial Year, Given The Non-Significant And Negligible Nature Of All The Subsidiaries Likely To Fall Within The Scope Of Consolidation Of Cnes. In This Context, Cnes Must Appoint A Permanent Auditor And A Substitute Auditor For A Legal Mandate Lasting Six Financial Years. The Mandate Will Therefore Cover The Financial Years 2025 To 2030 Inclusive. The Permanent And Alternate Auditors Will Be Appointed By The Cnes Board Of Directors.
