Statement of Work/Description of Requirements Peace Corps Liberia requires a conference facility outside Monrovia city but not more that 205miles from Monrovia with the following requirements: 40 Rooms that can accommodate 40 participants for 4 nights. Rooms must include a bathroom with shower/tub, air conditioning. 2 participants will check in on Monday, November 11, 2024, 38 Participants will arrive the afternoon of Tuesday, November 12 and check in. All 40 participants will check out the morning of Saturday, November 16, 2024, after breakfast. Conference Room = with Adequate Tables and Chairs for 40participants; to be available 24 hours a day during the contract period; Including Audio-Visual Equipment (Projector, Large Screen, Two Microphones, Speakers), flip charts, notebooks, and pens. Daily Cleaning Service at Approximately 6:00pm, and 2 Bottled Waters for Consumption by Conference Participants throughout the day. Page 2 of 5 OCFO/ACM May 2021 Breakout Rooms = small conference room that can hold up to 5 breakout sessions or other space (terrace, patio, etc.) with enough space to accommodate 5 breakout sessions of up to participants each; to be available 24 hours a day during the contract period DJ = to facilitate Award Ceremony on the last night of the conference. Decoration services for the night of Friday, November 15, 2024 Daily Cleaning Service for the conference rooms at Approximately 6:00pm Provide all meals on time for up to 40 participants. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should include at least 30% vegetarian options. Breakfast = Buffet including Bottled Water, coffee, tea, and juice or soft drinks. Morning Tea and Snack Break Served at Approximately 10:30am. Includes Water, Soft Drinks, Coffee, and Tea Plus Assorted snacks. Peace Corps will evaluate all quotations received by the deadline based on the minimum requirements and/or evaluation factor(s) shown below. Contingent on the availability of funds and continued need for the supplies and/or services, at the end of the evaluation process, Peace Corps intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the purchase of the required supplies and/or services to the selected vendor.
