Through The Current Assignment, The Contracting Authority And The Participating Entities Az Diest And Nmsc - Wish To Conclude An Agreement For A Period Of 6 Years (Extendable To 8 Years) For The Provision Of The Following Logistics Services: I.3.1 Warehouse Management In The Central Warehouse Of The Entrepreneur, The Following Activities Will Take Place With Regard To Stock Goods - Checking Upon Receipt - Returning If Necessary - Storage - Picking & Packing Of These Consumables On Demand From Uz Leuven / Az Diest / Nmsc - The Consolidation Per Internal Uz Leuven / Az Diest/Nmsc Location - The Delivery/Transport From The Central Warehouse (Of The Service Provider) To The Various Physical Delivery Locations On Roll Containers I.3.2 Inventory Management And Operational Purchasing The Inventory Management And The Operational Purchasing Of These Consumables Are Additional Services That Are Also The Subject Of This Assignment: - Inventory Management Means The Monitoring Of Stock In The Warehouses Based On (Planned) Consumption Of These Consumables On The One Hand And The Contracts That Uz Leuven/Az Diest/Nmsc Has Concluded With The Various Suppliers In Such A Way That A Call When There Is Sufficient Stock Available. Uz Leuven/Az Diest/Nmsc Can Keep Extra Stocks For Emergency Situations. These Are Optimally Managed By The Entrepreneur, Taking Due Dates Into Account. The Storage Of These Emergency Supplies Will Be Charged Separately. - Inventory Management Also Includes Inventory Control: Stock Counts (Cycle Count), Monitoring Of Stock Differences And Non-Moving, Expired Stocks. Operational Purchase Includes: - The Call By The Entrepreneur On The Contracts That Uz Leuven/Az Diest/Nmsc Has Concluded With The Various Suppliers Of These Consumable Materials To Have Them Delivered To The Central Warehouse Of The Entrepreneur. - Following Up On These Calls/Orders And Taking The Necessary Actions (Follow-Up On Deliveries, Back Orders, Etc.) To Accelerate Delivery If Necessary; - The Follow-Up Of The Invoicing Of These Orders And The Release Of Payment Based On Compliance Of The Delivery With The Modalities Of The Contracts; - Monitoring The Logistics Performance Of The Various Suppliers And Sharing This Data With The Contracting Authority. I.3.3 Goods Transport Between The Entrepreneurs Central Warehouse And The Various Campuses.
