The Investment Includes New Landscaping With A Straight Track, Parking Spaces And Roads. The Planned Project Should Be Carried Out Using Prefabricated Technology Using Ecological Heat Sources. The Investment Envisages The Construction Of A 3-Story Building, Partially With A Basement, With A Flat Roof For A Total Of 520 Children. The Project Includes The Construction Of A Sports Complex And A Nutrition Block With Kitchen Equipment. The Order Fulfillment Also Includes The Delivery Of Furniture And Other Equipment. The Subject Of The Contract Under The Option Law Is The Construction Of Facilities Constituting A School And Kindergarten Complex In The Scope Of Stages 2 And 3, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Existing Primary School Building, Including The Construction Of A New Food Block With A Canteen And The Construction Of A Separate Part Constituting A Kindergarten Complex For The So-Called Zero Units. 2. The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Functional And Utility Program With Annexes And On The Terms Set Out In Annex No. 2 - Designed Provisions Of The Contract.
