With This Tender, Aalborg University (Hereinafter Aau) Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement For Auditing Services For The University At A Fixed Annual Price For A 4-Year Period With The Possibility Of Extension. The Supply Agreement Includes Audit Services For Aau For Statutory Audits (Institutional Audits), Audits Of Predetermined Declaration Tasks And General Financial Advice (Referred To As Mandatory Audit Services) At A Fixed Price For A 4-Year Period. Furthermore, Aau Wants Offers On An Hourly Rate For The Execution Of The Following Options: • Extended Administrative Audit, • Extended It Security Audit, • Grant And Project Accounts And • Other Advice And Assistance, Including Tax And Charges. The Agreement Enters Into Force On 1 May 2025 And Will Then Run For 4 Years With The Possibility Of Extension For Up To A Total Of 3 Years.
