Household-Refuse Collection Services – Waste Collection From Underground Containers In Hafnarfjordur. Hafnarfjordur Town Is Requesting Offers For Collection Of Waste From Underground Containers Located At Homes Around The Town And Driving The Content Back To Reception Facilities For A 3 Year Time Period Starting March 2025. The Containers Store Four Different Types Of Waste, Plastic, Cardboard, Mixed And Organic Waste. Currently There Are 130 Underground Containers And Its Estimated That In The Next 18 Months There Will Be Added At Least 100 More.
