The Purpose Of The European Tender Is To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Performance Of The Accounting Services For The Pcbo Apeldoorn Foundation. The Framework Agreement Will Commence On July 1, 2025 And Will Have A Term Of Four (4) Financial Years (2025 To 2029). The Framework Agreement Ends Automatically After Completion Of The Audit Work For The 2028 Financial Year, But With The Right Of The Contracting Authority To Extend The Agreement Once (1) For The Duration Of Two (2) Financial Years And Then Two (2) More Times With A Duration Of One (1) Year, Until The Completion Of Audit Work For The 2032 Financial Year. The Estimated Value Of The Assignment Is € 60,000 (Excl. Vat) Per Year. This Is Based On Expenditure In Recent Years. The Total Estimated Value Would Therefore Be € 480,000 For The Total Contract Duration Including Extensions. Given The Fact That The Legislation Requires Several Additional Mandatory Tasks For The Accountant Every Year, The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is Therefore Set At €600,000.
